The MDB Family Return Policy
Please contact your retailer within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your product. If you have had your The MDB Family product for less than a year, please contact us for replacement parts for your registered warranty item at firstname.lastname@example.org. For products over a year, we would be glad to help you as well; please contact us regarding the issue with your product.
MillionDollarBaby.com Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from day of receipt. To exchange a product for a product of less or equivalent value, please follow the below MillionDollarBaby.com Return Policy, then place a new order for the correct item. Please be sure to notify our Million Dollar Baby representative that you would like to process an exchange (see below). Your new order will ship out within 2 business days. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping) after the new order has been confirmed. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.
*We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
MillionDollarBaby.com Return Policy
All merchandise purchased from MillionDollarBaby.com may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply*. To obtain a RMA# please email email@example.com provide the following information:
- Original FoxyCart order number
- Date your package was received
- Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
- If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request
Once you receive your RMA# with instructions and address of where to send your return, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned product. All items must be returned in original packaging. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.
* For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned at the customer's expense for a refund minus the above restocking fee after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.
